About the role: Inspire and empower your team of dedicated Rehabilitation Consultants by providing leadership, mentorship, and coaching to help them reach their full potential. Drive performance excellence by delivering constructive feedback, conducting regular file reviews, and leading performance evaluations to promote continuous development. Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment, where knowledge-sharing and mutual support drive success and innovation. Partner with executive management to identify strategic opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes that enhance team efficiency and overall service delivery. What's on offer?
